PROJECT ASSESSMENT TEMPLATE:

As with many of you, I’ve spent this week talking with customers helping them make sense of what is happening and the impacts on their business and projects.

The conversations have boiled down to these four themes:

• Prioritising projects.
• What is the best way to put projects on hold in a way they can be restarted at a later date.
• How project teams can work remotely.
• What projects may look like in the future if it takes longer than we think to come out the other side.

I’ve been using one of our templates to help make objective decisions.  Please excuse the format of the download page, I wanted to share it with as many people as possible rather than make it perfect.

Most importantly, it’s times like this when the entire business community needs to forget about the whirlwind of making a buck and focus on what we can do to support and truly partner with our customers.
